The blouse is wide, from under the ruffle "flows out" the extra wrinkled bottom. It is on rich, seemingly a small blouse but impressive;)
Short cut optically elongates the figure. Blouse will get along great with high-waisted pants, shorts, palazzo.

Length from shoulder line approximately 54 cm (all sizes).
The width between the armpits (the blouse is cut straight to the bottom, but the wrinkling causes an optical impression of expansion):
S - ok. 49 cm - fits XXS-S
M - ok. 51 cm - fits S-L
L - ok. 55 cm - fits L -XXL
